more tesco sproutin in Liverpool than potatoes, who is doing after going to the settlement?

I am sitting looking out on a wonderful sunny day no wind just right for planting the garlic, seeding potatoes and broad beans
there is a lttle strip of grass down the road not too many cars go by,
am I the first to have a go? how do I make sure the maintenance people don't mow it?
is it better to tell someone?
I have a couple of potatoes sprouting in the cupboard,
Its nearly 10 I am going now to plant them and I'm taking the garlic as well!
